All Spec Construction is currently seeking an experienced Carpenter to join the Perth team in a full time role.

Applicants must have at least 3 years' experience as a Carpenter.

Duties may include:

Measuring, cutting, and shaping materials before assembling and securing components
Reviewing plans and specifications to identify materials, measurements, and installation requirements
Sourcing and preparing timber and materials, ensuring accurate layouts before construction
Constructing frameworks, roofing, subfloors, and flooring, ensuring all work is precise
Creating strong and accurate wood joints to support durable construction
Cutting, shaping, and assembling materials to build high-quality components and structures
Joining and assembling timber fittings and structures ready for installation

A salary between $78,000 - $100,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
