    Position Overview

    We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Motel Manager to oversee all aspects of our motel operations. The successful candidate will have proven experience in hospitality management, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage all front-of-house operations including reservations, guest reception, room service, and housekeeping activities to ensure efficient service delivery and guest satisfaction
    • Oversee security protocols, grounds maintenance, and property upkeep to maintain a safe, attractive, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff
    • Direct and supervise bar, restaurant, function room, and conference activities, ensuring high-quality service standards and compliance with all applicable regulations
    • Ensure strict adherence to liquor licensing laws, gaming regulations, and occupational health and safety requirements with comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation
    • Oversee accounting procedures and purchasing activities, maintaining financial controls and operational budgets to support profitability
    • Monitor guest satisfaction levels, gather feedback, implement improvements, and provide local tourism information and arrangement of tours and transportation services
    Required Qualifications & Experience:
    • Proven experience as a Motel or Hotel Manager (minimum 1 year)
    • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, guest service, and customer satisfaction principles
    • Understanding of liquor licensing, gaming regulations, and occupational health and safety legislation
    • Demonstrated proficiency in financial management and budgeting
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency with hotel management systems and general computer applications
    • Current driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
