    We are looking for a highly driven and motivated person to join our team as a Service Manager / Front of House Manager.

    As our Service Manager / Front of House Manager, you will report directly to the Dealer Principal and join a dynamic and supportive management team. This management role incorporates a strong focus on workshop efficiency and productivity, whilst maintaining a strong team culture and delivering our customers a premium service experience.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manufacturer and OEM Relations
    • Management of Service Advisors
    • Overseeing accurate and timely paperwork completion
    • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
    The suitable candidate will possess the following skill set:
    • A friendly, confident manner and outgoing personality
    • Very Strong Customer Focus
    • Strong organisational and time management skills with an attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to lead and support a team
    • Ability to liaise with external stakeholders
    • Demonstrated ability and desire to work as a part of a team
