Berwick Hyundai, MG and Chery, part of Booran Motors, represents some of the most exciting and sought-after automotive brands in Australia.
We're currently looking for an experienced Pre-Delivery Manager to lead and oversee our pre-delivery operations in Berwick.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring all vehicles are prepared to the highest standard, ready for delivery, and aligned with customer expectations.
You will be responsible for:- Managing the end-to-end vehicle pre-delivery process
- Leading and supporting a team of technicians and detailers
- Ensuring all vehicles meet quality, safety, and presentation standards
- Coordinating workflow to meet delivery deadlines
- Maintaining efficiency across the workshop and pre-delivery operations
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth handovers
To succeed in this role, you'll have proven experience in a similar position, ideally within a busy dealership environment.
We're looking for someone with:- Trade qualifications (highly regarded)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- A reliable, hands-on work ethic
- Clear communication and organisational ability
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A current driver's licence
