DGA Windows are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Glazier to join our team on a full-time basis in Perth.
Key Responsibilities:- Measure, cut, shape, and install glass according to specifications.
- Install windows, doors, mirrors, shower screens, glass partitions, shopfronts, and other glass products.
- Remove and replace broken or damaged glass.
- Install and assemble aluminium and other framing systems.
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and job specifications.
- Fit glass using sealants, gaskets, putty, clips, and appropriate fixing systems.
- Ensure glazing installations are secure, level, weatherproof, and completed to a high standard.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and glazing equipment.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on existing glass installations.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:- Relevant experience as a Glazier.
- Trade qualification in glazing or equivalent experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of glass cutting, installation, and glazing techniques.
- Ability to read plans and take accurate measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Current driver's licence preferred.
