We are looking for experienced Landscape Gardeners to join our team working across Perth.
Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Applicants will also have demonstrable capabilities in all aspects of garden management and maintenance, including:- Managing plant and soil health, including diagnosing illness and applying effective treatment
- Identifying and cataloguing plant types within a garden
- Providing advice on new planting, replanting and co-planting
- Using powered gardening equipment (hedger, whipper snipper, mower, blower, etc)
- Hedging and topiary
Equally important, you'll also need to show you can:- Create and manage a positive working environment
- Get the best out of your team on challenging days
- Demonstrate best practice leadership skills
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Are able to manage a multi-site work schedule

The successful candidate will be offered a remuneration of $78,000 - $85,000.
