We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior / Trainee Sales Consultant to join our Innisfail team.
No automotive sales experience? No problem. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong people skills and a genuine willingness to learn. With comprehensive training and support from an experienced team, you'll develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in automotive sales.
About the role
You'll help customers find the right vehicle while learning the complete sales process - from the initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:- Welcoming and assisting customers in the dealership
- Understanding customers' needs and recommending suitable vehicles
- Presenting vehicles and arranging test drives
- Responding to phone and online enquiries
- Following up with customers and building lasting relationships
- Assisting with trade-ins and vehicle appraisals
- Working closely with the wider dealership team
- Delivering a professional and memorable customer experience
About you

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sport or another people-focused environment would be a great foundation, but it is not essential. Your attitude, work ethic and potential matter most.
