- BDM & Leasing Consultant
Both roles offer variety, a supportive team environment and the opportunity to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective clients.
Property Manager
This full-time role would suit an experienced Property Manager, or someone looking to take the next step in their real estate career.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing your own well-supported residential portfolio
- Conducting routine inspections, ingoings and outgoing
- Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trades
- Providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants
- Managing day-to-day property management requirements
- Working collaboratively with a supportive and energetic team
BDM & Leasing Consultant
This hands-on role is focused on winning new business, appraising properties and getting homes leased.
Key responsibilities include:- Conducting rental appraisals and providing accurate rental advice
- Identifying and following up new business leads
- Building strong relationships with landlords and investors
- Setting up new managements and assisting with smooth handovers
- Managing residential rental listings and advertising
- Coordinating opens and private inspections
- Conducting open homes and presenting properties at their best
- Responding to prospective tenant enquiries
- Processing rental applications and assisting with tenant selection
- Coordinating successful applicants through to lease commencement
- Working closely with the Property Management team to get properties from "For Lease" to "Leased!"

For the BDM & Leasing Consultant role, previous real estate experience and knowledge of the local rental market is preferred. Knowledge of Victorian and NSW residential tenancy legislation is highly regarded.

Training will be provided, so don't worry if you haven't used these systems before.
