Founded in 1957, Manly Leagues Club has been a staple for many people in the Northern Beaches and more.
Since then, Manly Leagues has grown rapidly until it amalgamated with Dee Why Bowling Club in 2022 creating a new challenge for the Club.
Official Home of the Sea Eagles, Manly Leagues Club is a close partner of the Sea Eagles Rugby Leagues Team.
They are currently seeking an ICT Business Analyst to join their team in Brookevale, NSW.
Tasks, duties and responsibilities include:- Act as a central reference point for business requirements, system functionality, process improvements and project decisions.
- Analyse operational performance, business processes and work practices to reduce inefficiencies, identify revenue opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Apply data and process modelling to support clear system specifications, revenue analysis, forecasting and cost allocation.
- Conduct gap analysis between current practices, systems and desired business outcomes, recommending practical improvements and optimal processes
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess whether process and system changes have delivered the intended outcomes.
- Define and evolve a distinctive, locally relevant brand across all venues, ensuring consistency without becoming generic.
- Define KPIs, reporting structures and performance measures, and develop dashboards and tracking tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop project plans and support the costing, resourcing, implementation and management of operational and system improvements.
- Evaluate operational reporting systems, digital tracking and performance attribution to improve revenue visibility across venues.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, users, programmers and external vendors to design and implement system enhancements that meet defined requirements.
- Map and analyse workflows across marketing, gaming, food & beverage, functions and events, developing improved and standardised process frameworks.
- Plan and oversee campaigns and content across social, digital and in-venue channels to drive visitation, frequency, membership and revenue.
- Support functional testing, implementation and adoption of solutions, including appropriate documentation and user guidance where required.
- Work closely with venue teams to understand and promote what is happening on the ground, including gaming, food & beverage, events and functions.
- Work with users and internal departments to gather, formulate and document business requirements for operational, digital and system initiatives.
To be suitable, applicants must have:- A relevant Bachelor Degree and at least 1 year of relevant employment experience, OR;
- At least 5 years of relevant employment experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
This is a full time role, an immediate start is available. A competitive remuneration package is on offer to the successful candidate.
