    About the Role

    As a Product Specialist, you will guide customers through the innovative BYD vehicle range, providing expert advice and delivering a premium showroom experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.

    Working within a supportive and high-performing team, you'll receive comprehensive product training, enabling you to confidently showcase vehicle performance, advanced technology, and industry-leading battery innovation while helping customers find the perfect vehicle to suit their lifestyle.

    To succeed in this role, you'll be a motivated self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.

    Desirable Skills & Experience:
    • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry
    • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills

    • Passion for educating customers about electric vehicle technology
    • Confidence using tablet technology and CRM systems
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Current and valid driver's licence
