Brookvale Industrial Maintenance Pty Ltd / BIM Remedial Building Specialist is seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis at our Frenchs Forest office.
About Us
BIM Remedial Building Specialist is an established Sydney remedial building contractor providing responsive, high-quality building remediation, repair and maintenance services to residential, multi-residential, strata and commercial properties across Sydney.
Our services include concrete and structural repairs, waterproofing, façade restoration, balcony repairs and upgrades, brickwork rectification, general building maintenance and repair, and industrial and commercial remedial works.
Due to the continued growth of our projects and operations, we require an experienced Carpenter to join our team full time.
What we need from you:- Daily on-site management of projects
- Work to schedules and budgets
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Must have proven quality carpentry skills and outstanding quality of work
- Must have own transport and carpentry tools of the trade
In time, you will learn all aspects of delivering quality projects and develop high-level management skills. Due to company growth, you will have the opportunity to carve out your own career path
A salary of $80,000 - $95,000 per annum, plus superannuation will be offered to the successful applicant, dependant on level of experience.
What you need to apply:- Minimum 1 year's experience as a hands-on Carpenter within the remedial trade
- Current NSW driver's licence
- Well presented with the ability to communicate effectively (working in live sites)
- Ability to work in a team environment and also independently
- Competent in reading and interpreting detailed construction plans and documentation
- A strong work history
- Diverse experience in the construction industry
