    About the role

    We are currently seeking experienced Trade Assistants (TA's) to support our team across a range of industrial, commercial and marine projects. The role involves practical site work, assisting with surface protection installations and carrying out general labour and cleaning duties. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.

    This is a casual position with the potential to transition to full-time after 6 months for the right candidates.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Install temporary surface and asset protection across a range of projects.
    • Handle and move materials safely across different worksites.
    • Carry out paint touch-ups using brush and roller while developing further skills in this field.
    • Assist with general labouring on large marine projects.
    • Install scaffold encapsulation systems.
    • Complete general industrial cleaning duties.
    About you

    We're looking for reliable, hands-on Trade Assistants with experience in demanding environments. You'll need to take pride in your work, have a strong safety focus, and thrive as part of a team on complex projects.

    To be successful, you will have:
    • Experience in blast and paint, industrial cleaning or temporary surface protection installation is desirable.
    • Reliable, safety-conscious and willing to work as part of a team.
    • Positive attitude and a strong eye for detail.
    • Have experience working on secure projects and construction sites.
    Required Tickets & Certifications:
    • National Police Clearance (issued within the last 3 months)
    • Confined Space & Gas Testing certification
    • Working at Heights training
    • EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket
    • White Card
